About
Jennifer
Hello, I’m Jennifer! I have worked with individuals and couples over the past 15 years since gaining my license. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey. By helping you become aware of both your strengths and your areas of concern, I focus on utilizing the unique assets you already possess. Together, we will build upon those strengths to help you move through current obstacles, preventing you from getting stuck or spiraling backward. I approach our sessions as a coordinated effort; my role is to help guide you through your personal journey, rather than directing you or simply telling you what to do.
In my spare time, I love getting outdoors for hikes, long walks, running, and absolutely anything that involves spending time with my three dogs! I deeply value quality time with my family and friends, and I love to travel and experience new things.
