About
Jennifer
I enjoy taking an exploratory approach in the room so that you and I may see where the process takes us. I guide this process to ensure that the work is focused on meeting your goals. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental, attentive, and empathetic space. This allows you to gain insight and build skills you may use independently to improve your life.
In my spare time, I enjoy going to comedy shows, walking my dog, catching up on my favorite TV shows, reading, going to Pilates, and playing pickleball.
