About
Jena
Hi, I'm Jena. Mental health can be challenging to manage without the right support and I understand the importance of finding the right clinician to assist you with your therapeutic journey. I’ve treated a variety of clients who struggle with life changes, are going through role transitions, are experiencing depression, anxiety, and who are working on self care. My approach is to be empathetic and collaborative. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is important to treatment success and approach my work with an open-minded relational focus.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, walking my dog, watching movies, or reading a good book! I find joy in exploring new spots around the city, listening to music and spending quality time with others.
