About
Jeannette
What drives me every day is helping you break free when you feel stuck, weighed down, or lost. Whether you are navigating addiction, healing from a painful past, or trying to figure out who you are after a massive life change, you don't have to stay trapped in that space. Hard times are a part of life, but they don't get to define you. You have an incredible, built-in strength to break through them and design a life you love.
When we meet online, you won't get a stiff, clinical lecture. I bring my authentic self to every session so you can feel comfortable being yourself, too. My style is active, empowering, and focused on giving you your power back. Together, we will focus on what matters most to you, rebuild your trust in yourself, and give you the practical, real-world tools you need to move forward with confidence.
Outside of our sessions, I love to stay active and explore. You can usually find me traveling to new places or unwinding over a game of pool.
On a personal note, I have raised four children who are now out of the house, and I have navigated both marriage and divorce. I have also walked the path of recovery myself. Going through these chapters firsthand taught me exactly what it feels like to face a blank slate and rebuild. I know how overwhelming—and how rewarding—it is to reassess your values, figure out who you are outside of your old roles, and find yourself all over again after major life shifts.
As a woman who values authenticity, I share this because I want you to know I am a real human being who has walked through life's transitions, too.
