About
Jammie
Hi, I am Jay, and I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients to better understand the underlying factors contributing to their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I believe in helping you connect with your deeper self so you can better understand and work through everyday challenges, subconscious patterns, thoughts, beliefs and experiences. Above all, I believe you are human first, and everything else follows. My approach is warm, supportive, and solution-focused, while creating a space where you can feel heard, understood and empowered. I genuinely enjoy witnessing clients recognize their strengths, build confidence, and grow as they make meaningful progress toward the life they want.
I enjoy live music, sports (basketball, baseball, football), traveling and spending time with my three dogs and cat. I enjoy attending live sporting events and recently took up sport card collecting. I do enjoy the outdoors and feel grounded and at peace being outside.
