Jamie
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Jamie approaches clinical work with warmth, directness, and a relational focus. She values collaboration and believes people heal best when they feel understood, supported, and challenged in the right ways. She helps clients identify patterns that no longer serve them and develop practical skills to improve relationships, manage anxiety, and navigate life transitions. Jamie integrated evidence based strategies with trauma informed care, and she is motivated by watching clients build insight, confidence, and meaningful change in their daily lives.
In her free time, Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband, three kids, and their pets. She loves exploring the outdoors, hiking, traveling, and discovering new places in the Pacific Northwest. At home, she can usually be found relaxing with coffee, a good playlist, and her cats who firmly believe they run the household. She also enjoys photography, listening to music, and reading. Time with family, good conversation, and shared laughter are what recharge her the most.
