About
Jacqueline
Hello, I'm Jacqueline! I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of creating meaningful change. My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where you can explore your experiences, deepen your self-understanding, and strengthen your trust in yourself. I specialize in helping people identify and shift patterns of thinking and relating that may be keeping them stuck. Together, we'll work toward cultivating greater self-compassion, authenticity, and resilience as you navigate life's challenges.
Outside of work, you'll find me gardening, reading graphic novels, spending time with my cat, or supporting local businesses.
