Jackie
I am Jackie. I believe everyone deserves a safe supportive place to work through life's challenges .I enjoy helping people who are experiencing anxiety, navigating life changes, healing from a recent traumatic event or working through relationship challenges .I work collaboratively with each person to build on their strengths,develop practical tools and help you move toward the life you want.
Outside of work I enjoy biking, music & spending time with family and friends. My Christian faith and my Mexican Scandinavian Irish and English heritage have shaped who I am while deepening my appreciation for the many different beliefs, cultures and life experiences people bring to therapy . I strive to create a welcoming respectful and non-judgmental space where every client feels heard, valued and supported. If faith or spirituality is an important part of your life, I'm happy to incorporate it into therapy, if you'd like ,if not we'll focus on the goals that are most meaningful to you.
