About
Ivy
Hi, I’m Ivy!
I am a compassionate and directive therapist. I believe you already have the inner strength and capacity to reach your goals—sometimes you just need the right space and guidance to unlock it. I offer a supportive, reflective environment where I can support you to foster lasting, meaningful change.
Outside the therapy space, you can usually find me in nature, staying active, or listening to personal growth podcasts. As a Chinese American daughter of immigrant parents, I bring a culturally grounded, nuanced perspective to my work. I am not religious, but I believe in the importance of connecting with myself and others in a deep, meaningful way.
