About
Isha
Hi, I'm Isha! I have worked with clients over the past 4 years with a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, life transitions, identity and self-esteem, and cultural and family dynamics. I'm passionate about culturally sensitive care and take a client-centered, anti-oppressive approach which aims to explore the ways social systems and cultural factors impact mental health. I specialize in working with South Asian/Asian American and LGBTQ+ individuals. I love to create a safe space for clients to explore their experiences, identify strengths, and build confidence in overcoming challenges.
In my spare time, I enjoy playing music, swing dancing, and spending time outside in nature.
