Her work focuses on guiding clients as they navigate the complexities of their history, helping them transform their pain into the strength needed to face new challenges with confidence.
Outside of the therapy room, Ileana finds her balance by spending as much time as possible in nature and exploring the outdoors on long, mindful walks. She is a dedicated food enthusiast who loves discovering new flavors and culinary experiences, whether trying a local spot or cooking at home. Her quietest and most joyful moments are often spent recharging in the company of her cat, embracing the simple peace of home life.
