About
Howard
If you’re ready to make meaningful changes, I’m here to help you navigate the process. I partner with clients to look closely at the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that shape their daily lives. Together, we’ll work to identify your patterns, break free from negative cycles, and build peace with the things outside of your control. I pride myself on providing a space that is warm and empathic, yet direct enough to keep you moving forward.
I am a native New Yorker, but I enjoy living in Denver and seeing what the city has to offer. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, especially my wife and our French Bulldog. In my spare time, you’ll find me supporting my New York sports teams and listening to music.
