About
Hollie
Hi, I’m Hollie.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just disconnected from yourself lately, I want you to know two things right off the bat: you don’t have to figure it out alone, and we are going to work through this together.
As a proud first-generation student, I’m committed to a lifetime of learning, growing, and spreading kindness in a world that needs it now more than ever. That journey shapes exactly how I show up for you. I don’t sit across from you pretending to be the "expert" who has it all figured out. Instead, we are a team. My first priority is to build a warm, safe space where you can finally let your guard down, catch your breath, and learn how to be genuinely kind to yourself.
Meet My Co-Therapist, Yara 🐾
I’m a proud pet mom, which means my office is a shared one! You will definitely get to meet my cat, Yara, during our time together. She loves to pop onto the screen during sessions to offer her own quiet brand of comfort, grounding, and furry support right when you need it most.
How We’ll Work Together:
While I will always give you a gentle place to land, I am also pretty direct. I’m not just here to nod my head and say "uh-huh." I will kindly challenge the old habits and stories you're telling yourself that are keeping you stuck. My ultimate goal is to help you build unshakeable self-trust and a rock-solid belief that you can rely on yourself, so you can step into the world feeling confident and completely authentic.
I know that taking the first step to start therapy can feel incredibly intimidating. I get it, and I respect it. Because of that, we will always talk openly about how things are going. We’ll check in regularly to see what’s working and what isn’t, and I will always shift gears to make sure our time together actually fits your life.
When I’m not working, I’m usually focusing on my creative side or spending time with the people (and animals!) I love. Good relationships are everything to me, whether we're sharing a meal or just hanging out on the couch.
I find a lot of peace in tending to my plant collection and organizing things—there is something so satisfying about bringing life and order into a room. When I'm not tending to my plants, you can usually find me painting, watching anime, or—my absolute favorite thing to do—getting completely lost in a good book.
If you're ready to break free from the patterns holding you back and step into your own strength, I'm ready to walk right beside you. Let's connect.
