She/Her
Hollie
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Hollie's clinical style is deeply relational and collaborative, with a focus on helping clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. She believes that healing happens through connection and prioritizes building a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship where clients feel empowered to process their experiences.
Hollie's goal is to help clients break free from limiting patterns and build self-trust. While she provides a safe space, she is also direct and will challenge unhelpful beliefs to help clients move toward lasting change with confidence and authenticity.
Understanding that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, Hollie encourages open communication and regularly checks in with her clients to explore their progress. She adjusts her approach as needed to ensure therapy is effective and tailored to the client's unique needs. She is committed to supporting her clients so they don't have to navigate their challenges alone.
When Hollie isn't working, she finds joy in various forms of art and relationships. She loves spending quality time with loved ones, whether it's over a shared meal or simply enjoying their company. She is a passionate cook and baker, finding creativity and joy in the process of making food from scratch.Hollie also expresses her artistic side through painting and is an avid fan of anime. Above all, her favorite pastime is reading, as she loves to get lost in a good book.
