About
Holli
I became a therapist because I genuinely value being able to support people through difficult seasons, big transitions, and the everyday challenges that can start to feel overwhelming. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.
My clinical style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I want therapy to feel like a conversation while still being purposeful and focused on what you want to change or better understand. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including CBT, while tailoring therapy to each person rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. I’ll help you recognize patterns, build practical tools, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself, while also making space for humor, honesty, and the things that matter most to you.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends. As a mom of two little ones, life is usually busy and full of adventure! We love being outdoors, traveling, exploring new places, and making memories together. I also enjoy reading, staying active, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends. I appreciate a good balance of adventure, laughter, and slowing down to enjoy the little things.
