Hilary
I’ve been working in mental health for over 15 years, and what I love most is helping people work through life’s challenges and find their way to feeling confident and successful on their own. My approach is warm and conversational. I believe therapy works best when you’re talking about what truly matters to you.
Over my four years at Two Chairs, I’ve worked with people facing stress, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, and major life changes. My goal is to help you build practical tools you can use in everyday life, so you walk away feeling capable and supported long after our sessions end.
Outside of work, I’m a born-and-raised Arizonan who loves soaking up the sunshine. You’ll often find me paddle boarding or camping out in nature. I lived in Los Angeles for 10 years, so I am also a beach lover through and through. I’m also a mom to two daughters, and I cherish spending time with my family, including my husband and our three-year-old pup, Chase.
