About
Heather
Hi, I’m Heather! Over the last 12 years I have worked with a variety of clients, including those who have wanted to strengthen their relationships and interpersonal skills, manage addictions and stress, improve their mood, and break generational patterns. I approach therapy authentically and with a passion for helping others find what is important to them so they can lead a value driven life.
In my free time, I love being outside. I enjoy trying new sports and hobbies, and just started practicing MMA! I feel most alive when exploring different places and cultures, and laughing with my loved ones.
