Heather is a compassionate, client centered therapist who believes healing begins with feeling safe, seen and understood. She focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship, creating a space where clients can show up authentically without judgement. Her approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration and respect for each person's unique story. Heather works alongside clients as they explore challenges, build insight and utilize tools to create meaningful change.
In her space time, Heather enjoys hiking, playing with her dogs, and experiencing new restaurants. She finds peace in nature, and appreciates the simple pleasures in life.
