About
Heather
Hello, I'm Heather a client centered therapist who believes healing begins with feeling safe, seen and understood. I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship, creating a space where clients can show up authentically without judgement. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration and respect for each person's unique story. I like to work alongside clients as they explore challenges, build insight and utilize tools to create meaningful change.
In my space time, I enjoy hiking, playing with my two dogs, and experiencing new restaurants. I find peace in nature, and appreciate the simple pleasures in life.
