Heart
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
As a strength-based, person-focused therapist, Heart seeks to cultivate a therapeutic relationship based upon collaboration, unconditional positive regard, and authentic human connection. Heart employs a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Interventions. Heart's approach will be individualized for you and the collaborative plan created. Heart's approach will include identifying measurable goals and regularly assessing progress to highlight your successes at each step, building momentum to keep moving towards your goals even when things feel hard. As a neutral guide, Heart will support you to explore your relationship with yourself and others more fully and provide the safe space needed for open communication and authenticity.
In her spare time, Heart loves to see live music and travel to the mountains. She finds joy in painting and creating art out of recycled or unusual things.
