Heart
As a strength-based, person-focused therapist, I seek to cultivate a therapeutic relationships based upon collaboration, unconditional positive regard, and authentic human connection. I will challenge you, encourage you and assist you to create more of what you want and less of what you don't.As a neutral guide, I will support you to explore your relationship with yourself, your environment and others more fully and take action to cultivate the life you desire.
In her spare time, Heart loves to see live music and travel to the mountains. She finds joy in painting and creating art out of recycled or unusual things.
