About
Hannah
Hi, welcome! I believe that while we cannot change the past, we can shift the way we move through our current challenges. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, and the complexities of substance use, as well as family dynamics and general life stressors. I am here to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment to identify solutions and strengths, implement change, and improve your sense of self. I utilize a client centered approach to explore boundaries, behavior change, and healthy thought patterns.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, getting lost in a good book and baking. I have an ever growing vinyl collection and love creating new fun recipes!
