Hi! My name is Haley! I pride myself in building a strong therapeutic rapport, creating a secure environment where you can explore your most profound and sensitive inner self. I believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to therapy, instead, I like to use various modalities to support your unique path toward your desired transformation and outcome. I love utilizing a holistic perspective that focuses on the mind-body connection. I want to work with you to foster overall healing, confidence, and improve your overall well-being. I find such satisfaction in helping you find self-acceptance and helping you find your path to being your most authentic self.
I love spending time with my rambunctious family, playing with my sweet dog, Penny, and spending time in the outdoors in any capacity. I find fulfillment in building strong, lasting friendships, being active, trying new things, and finding ways to laugh in any situation. Although I love being around people, I am an introvert at heart and love connecting with myself through mindfulness and nature.
