Hello! I’m so glad you’re here. Bringing attention and curiosity to a person’s inner world is a passion of mine. I work with clients to gently detangle complex thoughts and big emotions so they can understand their patterns and step into new, meaningful behaviors. By using a client's unique values as a compass, care is guided by what matters most to them. My approach is collaborative, personalized, and focused on helping clients build the self-compassion and flexibility they need to thrive.
Outside the therapy office, I enjoy wandering through nature, sharing a laugh with friends, or tracking down delicious food. Back at home, I love being cozy. You can usually find me playing video games, mood reading a mix of genres, or diving into a craft project that may or may not ever get finished. At the end of the day, I'm happiest sitting down for a good chat with a cat on my lap.
