Gwen (Gwendolyn)
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Gwen provides a supportive and compassionate environment where clients can safely explore life’s challenges and work toward healing and personal growth. She utilizes a client-centered approach to therapy, recognizing that each client’s experiences, needs, and goals are unique. Through collaboration and attentive listening, she partners with clients to foster meaningful and lasting change. Her goal is to help clients develop effective coping skills, implement practical strategies for symptom management, and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and emotional responses—ultimately supporting improved well-being, resilience, and quality of life.
Outside of her professional work, Gwen enjoys traveling and exploring new places whenever possible. She is an avid football fan and enjoys both watching games and attending live events. In her downtime, she likes streaming mystery, thriller, and drama series. She also values quiet evenings at home spent with her partner and their spoiled Shih Tzu–Schnauzer mix, Sheba, which provides balance, relaxation, and connection beyond her clinical work.
