Greg approaches his work in a way that is collaborative and respectful of the uniqueness of each person. He views therapy as a space and conversation in which you can build self-awareness, make sense of your thoughts and feelings, and implement practices to improve your emotional well-being. He enjoys helping people connect with their strengths so they can discover new ways of living and being in the world.
In his spare time, Greg enjoys playing guitar with friends, reading and learning new things, and spending time with people he cares about.
