About
Gregory
I'm a licensed clinical social worker who enjoys helping people discover that something different is possible. Self-defeating patterns of feeling or thought, challenges in your relationships, and the impact of past trauma can leave you feeling stuck and overwhelmed. I offer a space where you can be heard and build the awareness necessary to take steps toward change. We’ll work together to address what’s getting in the way of having a life that is more fulfilling and authentic.
I approach my work in a way that is collaborative and adapted to your unique needs. We'll take a closer look at the patterns in your life, ways in which your challenges in the present are shaped by the past, and how you relate to yourself and others. This lays the foundation for discovering new possibilities for growth and change.
