About
Gina
Hi, I’m Gina. I’m passionate about helping my clients navigate life’s challenges, and build the resilience to cope with its many stressors. My approach is rooted in fostering self-acceptance, while we work together towards creating positive change. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with overwhelming emotions or feeling stuck in rigid, absolute ways of thinking.
Outside of my work, I love staying active-whether that's taking a walk by the beach or enjoying a Pilates class. My favorite moments are spent laughing with close family and friends, or relaxing at a cozy local coffee shop!
