About
Gilbert
I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their inner strength and create a life that truly feels good on the inside. Life can get noisy, and it’s easy to lose sight of what you need when you're overwhelmed by daily stress or big transitions. In our work together, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe for you—honoring where you’ve been while actively building a foundation for where you want to go. My style is warm, collaborative, and holistic. Rather than focusing just on a quick fix, we'll look at the whole picture: your mindset, your relationships, and your environment. Together, we’ll uncover the patterns keeping you stuck and build practical ways to help you find balance, clarity, and sustainable peace of mind.
When I’m not in the therapy room, you can usually find me out exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest with my dogs, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, or working on my own health and wellness journey. I find that moving my body, spending time outdoors, and baking fresh food keep me grounded—and they remind me every day of the importance of self-compassion and balance.
