About
Gerreka
Are you tired of being "the strong one" while struggling to stay afloat? You’ve spent so much time taking care of others; now it’s time to prioritize your own balance. I employ a direct yet empathetic approach to therapy, firmly believing that building a strong, authentic relationship with you is the foundation for meaningful change. Together, we will focus on the significance of setting healthy boundaries, embracing effective coping strategies, and placing your personal well-being at the forefront of achieving mental and emotional balance. Whether you are navigating anxiety, healing from trauma, or challenging patterns that keep you stuck, I provide a safe, culturally aware space to help you reclaim your narrative and protect your peace. You don’t have to carry the load alone.
When I’m not in the therapy room, I love indulging in the things that keep me energized, balanced, and connected. You can often find me jet-setting to new destinations, dancing it out in Zumba classes, cheering on my favorite teams at sporting events, or catching up over a delicious brunch. But above all, I treasure spending quality time with my loved ones, whether we're laughing at a cozy family gathering or enjoying a fun day out with friends. I identify as a woman, and I truly believe that prioritizing my own joy and connection allows me to show up as my most authentic self for you in our sessions.
