About
Gagandip
Deciding to seek support is a courageous first step, and I am here to create a safe, welcoming space for your wellness journey. I have experience treating depression, anxiety, panic, mood disorders, and adjustment disorders. I truly believe you are the expert of your own life, and I am honored to help you align your goals with your values. In my practice, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
In my free time I love spending quality time outdoors or lounging at home with my family and our chocolate lab, Coco. I also enjoy hiking, strength training, yoga, and personal spiritual growth.
