About
Gabriela
Gabriela Hernandez believes therapy is a space where people can feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. She feels deeply honored to walk alongside individuals as they explore their experiences, challenges, and strengths in a safe and supportive environment. Gabriela approaches therapy from a person-centered and humanistic perspective, grounded in the belief that people are not problems to be solved, but individuals shaped by meaningful life experiences.
Her goal is to create a warm, trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are. Gabriela believes that healing and meaningful change often begin when we feel safe enough to move from rigid self-perceptions toward a more compassionate and accepting understanding of ourselves. She finds deep meaning in helping clients reconnect with their authentic selves and supporting them as they move toward a life that feels more aligned with who they truly are.
When she’s not in the therapy room, Gabriela enjoys the roles that bring her the most joy in life. She is a daughter, sister, wife, dog mom of four, and a proud new mom to a baby girl. Spending quality time with loved ones helps recharge her emotional battery. She also enjoys cooking, traveling, and unwinding with a good reality TV show.
