Everyone is on a different journey, and she strives to meet each client where they are and with what they need. She has successfully used CBT, solution-focused therapy, the humanistic approach and the family system model in her counseling career.
In her spare time, Faryal enjoys drinking coffee, traveling and going to the gym.
