About
Faryal
Hello, I’m Faryal Popal. I became a therapist because I am passionate about helping people feel heard, supported, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I believe everyone’s journey is different, so I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients can be themselves, build on their strengths, develop practical tools, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children, traveling, exploring new places, and creating meaningful memories with my family. I also enjoy being outdoors, trying new restaurants, and connecting with friends and loved ones. Family and community are important to me, and I value building meaningful relationships both personally and professionally. These experiences help me bring warmth, understanding, and authenticity into the work I do with clients.
