Faith
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Faith is passionate about supporting midlife individuals as they navigate life transitions and evolving identities. Faith especially enjoy working with those experiencing relationship challenges, career shifts, caregiver burnout, and moments of rediscovering who they are. Faith believes that while these seasons can feel overwhelming, they also hold the potential for growth, clarity, and meaningful change. With the right support, we can move beyond survival and into a place of thriving. Faith's therapeutic style is open, collaborative, and grounded in meeting you exactly where you are. Faith strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel supported in exploring the barriers that may be holding you back. Faith draws from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to help you build insight, develop practical tools, and reconnect with your sense of self. Faith views you as the expert of your own life. Faith role is to walk alongside you helping you make sense of your experiences, strengthen your resilience, and move toward a life that feels aligned and fulfilling. I believe that peace of mind is one of life’s greatest forms of success, and my goal is to support you in cultivating that for yourself.
