Esau McMorris
He/him
Esau
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Esau is driven by a deep commitment to helping people grow beyond suffering rather than merely manage symptoms. Influenced by the spirit of Carl Jung, Esau believes many of life’s deepest struggles are not solved through cookbook techniques alone, but are often outgrown through personal development, meaning, and transformation. He understands that many human problems cannot be resolved solely through rational thought or words, recognizing that healing often involves the nervous system, lived experience, identity, and emotional alignment. Esau specializes in working with complex difficulties that do not fit neatly into traditional categories, and he does not force clients into simplistic labels in order to match predetermined answers. Instead, he approaches each individual with flexibility, insight, and a holistic perspective that honors the uniqueness of their journey while remaining grounded in evidence-based care and authentic human connection.
Esau enjoys a rich and balanced life outside of his clinical work, with a deep passion for extensive reading, philosophy, history, and lifelong learning. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, connecting with nature, and exploring the discipline and mindset found in martial arts. Esau also appreciates moments of relaxation through games, meaningful conversations, and watching a good movie. Above all, he is deeply connected to his spirituality, which serves as a guiding foundation in both his personal life and professional purpose.
