About
Erin
Hello, I’m Erin! If you’re someone who holds yourself to high standards but still feels overwhelmed, scattered, or stuck in your own head, you’re not alone! I enjoy working alongside clients to help them identify barriers and internal strength to address their challenges.
I place a strong emphasis on fostering client autonomy, encouraging self-advocacy, and helping them to identify and implement coping skills to manage life’s challenges. I find joy in empowering clients to pursue a life aimed towards growth and healing.
I enjoy spending quality time with my friends, hiking with my dog, Lucy Lu, and watching documentaries. I find joy in laughter, music, nature, spending time with my horse and dog, and relationships. In my spare time, I enjoy practicing self-care such as gardening, taking strolls with my dog, and making candles because it allows me to recharge and ground myself.
