About
Erica
I'm Erica, and I offer a calm, down-to-earth space where people can talk openly, feel supported, and move at a pace that feels comfortable. I show up with a warm, steady presence and help people feel more confident as they work through stress, tough experiences, or major life changes. I listen closely, respect your story, and help you build simple, practical tools that fit real life. Everything centers on meeting you where you are and walking with you towards feeling stronger and more in control.
In my free time I enjoy playing in the dirt! Gardening, learning new things, and all things herbal, plant-based, and holistic are exciting. There is something special about seeing a plant finally emerging from a single seed, nurtured into a plant large enough to feed my family of 7. I am a proud Black-American, female, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, niece, caregiver, educator, and advocate. I understand the many hats one wears throughout everyday life and how it can be both invigorating and overwhelming. My life is not filled with all the answers nor is it perfect. But I embrace my imperfections and build them into my most obvious strengths. My obvious imperfection is wrapped in a big pink bow called ADHD. Organized chaos is my superpower. I encourage others to repackage their own imperfections into a plant that strengthens you inside and out. I look forward to helping you find yours.
