About
Erica
Hello, I'm Erica. I believe therapy offers an opportunity to better understand yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that shape your life. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and curious. Together, we'll explore your experiences in a way that helps you make sense of difficult emotions, navigate challenges, and create meaningful change. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and challenges related to fertility, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and parenthood.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with the people I care about, reading, gardening, and being outdoors. I value meaningful conversations, creativity, and humor, and I appreciate the ways people continue to grow and change throughout their lives. These experiences help me stay grounded and connected both personally and professionally.
