"Hi, I’m Erica. My path to therapy began with my own journey through grief, which remains a core specialty of my practice. While I am deeply dedicated to helping clients navigate loss, I also support individuals dealing with a wide range of other mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, relational and boundary issues, postpartum challenges, and more. I bring a collaborative, compassionate, and empathetic approach to every session, and I especially welcome the opportunity to serve clients within the Latinx and Christian communities."
"As a new mom, I love spending time with my husband, our daughter, and our pit bull, Toby. Outside of family life, I’m a foodie who loves cooking, being in nature, true crime, and taking well-deserved naps. I am also an avid world traveler who enjoys live music and connecting with my friends and church community. And when it comes to binge-watching The Office, I live by the words Michael Scott famously wrote on his whiteboard: '“You miss 100% of the shots you don't take.” – Wayne Gretzky' – Michael Scott."
