About
Erica
Hi, I'm Erica! I enjoy working together with clients to build a strong relationship and help them to work through experiences of trauma in a nonjudgmental and safe space. I approach clinical work with a strong emphasis on relationship building, collaboration, and empowerment. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each client for who they are and helping them to find ways to thrive in life.
Outside of work, I enjoy being physically active whether that is running, doing Pilates, or lifting weights. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends, exploring different cultures through food and music, and being outdoors.
