About
Eric
Hello, I’m Eric. The joy of therapy is being part of the process from being trapped by anxiety, depression, addictions, etc. towards freedom to manage or eliminate the symptoms holding you back from living and engaging in life. It starts by working together to identify what you want, then learn what’s already working, and what thoughts, choices, and habits can be changed to get you there. Finally we put it together and fine tune until you have the plan and skills to get you to your goal.
I like spending time with my wife at home, visiting our children, being outdoors, watching TV, and playing with the dog. Spirituality is a core part of my life. I also love learning about other people, other cultures, crafts like woodwork, beading, and leather work. We also have three cats, one of which loves to entertain us by stalking and pouncing its toys.
