is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Eneida likes to provide a safe space for individuals who are trying to make life-changing choices. She is a compassionate therapist who uses active listening and critical thinking to guide individuals make the changes they aspire to make. She has a passion to work with individuals who are interested in self-growth and connecting with their true self. Eneida’s goal is to empower and guide individuals to create growth and meaningful life changes. She is mindful that going to therapy can be painful and overwhelming. As she explores the root of the client’s needs, she will be kind and normalize the emotions that surface. Eneida provides emotional support and will help you feel that she is walking with you throughout your journey of self-discovery.

Outside of work, Eneida is mindful to take care of herself through engaging in social relationships by spending quality time with loved ones. She loves to hike, roller skate and read. Eneida has traveled to different countries and plans to continue both traveling and learning about different cultures and lifestyles.
