About
Emma
I am committed to providing therapy that is warm, collaborative and tailored to the distinct needs and strengths of each client. Grounded in a humanistic, person centered philosophy, I view each client as a unique individual with an inherent capacity for growth. By creating a warm empathetic environment, clients can explore their inner experiences and how unconscious processes and early relationships can influence current struggles. Through a mix of experiential methods and practical skill building, clients are invited to explore alternative perspectives, confront internal struggles and experiment with new ways of relating to themselves and others.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, taking my dog to the park, exploring local coffee shops in search of the perfect latte and the occasional binge of my favorite shows.
