Emily is committed to creating a safe and affirming space for all, while cultivating a strong therapeutic relationship with clients. She is passionate about working as a team with clients to set goals and identify obstacles while encouraging mindfulness and self-compassion. She approaches clinical work with empathy and a bit of humor to help clients heal and adopt healthy behavioral changes in their lives.

In her spare time you can find Emily spending time with family and friends, chasing after her toddler, or focusing on one of her many hobbies. Emily enjoys reading (anything fantasy), quilting, cross-stitching, completing puzzles and playing video games. Emily also enjoys being outside (Hiking, backpacking, camping) or binge watching TV shows and movies.
