About
Emily
Hello, I'm Emily! I am a kind, caring, authentic person, and I am passionate about supporting my clients on their healing journey. My style as a clinician is to be direct, open, and collaborative as we work toward your goals for therapy and a better understanding of how your present challenges have been shaped by your life experiences. Whether your challenges are related to something that happened recently or something that you have carried your whole life, I would be honored to have the opportunity to hear your story and to support the person you are becoming.
I am also on a journey towards the person I am becoming, and I support that by hiking with my rescue dog, cooking with my partner, quilting and crafting, reading, and being outside as often as possible! I'll never turn down a trip to the mountains or the beach or the chance to watch a good football game. Volunteering and contributing to my community is important to me, particularly through working with foster youth; and I value meaningful connections with those around me.
