About
Em
Hello! I’m Em, and I’ve been a clinician for 6 years, working with a variety of individuals. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients to co-develop a therapeutic space and a strengths-based plan based on individual needs, goals, strengths, and abilities. I inherently approach my clinical work with a play-based growth mindset. I want every client to feel empowered as their own agent of change as well as to feel supported, seen, and heard.
In my free time, I enjoy being in nature, kickboxing/Muay Thai, playing games, and going on adventures with my partner and our dog. A quality soundtrack is always a must on these adventures, whether that’s music, audiobooks or podcasts.
