About
Ellen
Hello there, I enjoy working with my clients by connecting with them on a human level. I work best by teaching them in session skills for emotional, somatic and spiritual awareness. EMDR and parts work (ego state) are my go to for most clients for most all needs as well as DBT and CBT skills. Humor and play therapy are not lost on me we are humans who need to be real with each other and talk about what the client needs and wants and meet those.
Outside of practice, The wife and I enjoy long walks with the dog (who is our world) and any outside time we can get. I am a LEGO master, gardener/landscaper, watercolor painter, dog trainer, and a beach-walking, agate-finding rock hound.
