Liz brings compassion and warmth, while being direct and challenging in service of a client's goals. She offers a relational approach that is rooted in authenticity while attending to and experiencing the client's implicit world together. Through this collaborative approach, the client can expect to feel a reduction of symptoms, increased emotional regulation, and greater connection to self and others.
