About
Elizabeth
Hi, I'm Elizabeth. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely heard and understood, which is why I place a strong value on the therapeutic relationship we build together. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and supportive, and I want you to feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self.
I enjoy guiding clients as they deepen their self-understanding and recognize the strengths they already carry. My work especially focuses on supporting clients through trauma, major life changes, complex relationships, and periods when life simply feels overwhelming. Above all, I want therapy to feel safe and collaborative—working at a pace that feels right for you while focusing on what matters most in your life.
As a bilingual Mexican-American therapist, I highly value culture, family, and the diverse experiences that shape who we are.
Outside of work, I am happiest spending time with the people I love and doing little things that help me recharge. You can often find me getting outdoors to feel the sun on my skin, playing make-believe with my daughter, listening to a good audiobook or music, trying new places to eat, laughing at stand-up comedy, or riding roller coasters whenever I get the chance!
