About
Elizabeth
Hello, my name is Elizabeth. I am passionate about working with clients and helping them become the best version of themselves. My therapeutic style is eclectic, strengths-based, and client-centered. Some of the therapeutic modalities I use include Internal Family Systems (Parts work), EMDR, and Psychodynamic Therapy. I strive to create an open, safe, warm, and collaborative environment where clients can explore their experiences, learn practical coping skills, build confidence, and heal from adverse experiences. Let's work together to create the life and relationships you want.
I enjoy listening to music, spending time in nature, and hanging out with my large Greek family.
