She values creating a strong therapeutic alliance built on trust, empathy, and respect, as she believes meaningful change occurs when clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. Elizabeth approaches her clinical work grounded in compassion, collaboration, and understanding.
In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys spending quality time with her husband, dog, family, and friends. She loves reading books, listening to music, and being in nature. She also finds joy in nurturing her relationships, practicing spirituality, and appreciating the small things in life with gratitude.
