About
Elizabeth
I enjoy working alongside clients to help them identify barriers, build insight, and develop healthier patterns that support their overall well-being. I truly value creating a strong therapy relationship built on trust, empathy, and respect, as I believe meaningful change occurs when clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. I approach my clinical work grounded in compassion, collaboration, and understanding.
In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband, dog, family, and friends. I love reading books, listening to music, and being in nature. I find joy in nurturing my relationships, practicing spirituality, and appreciating the small things in life with gratitude.
