About
Elizabeth
Hi, I'm Elizabeth! My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and honest. I listen closely and adapt to what each client needs, whether that’s practical tools, a space to process big feelings, or simply someone who truly hears them. I have specialized training in perinatal mental health, and have experience supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. This season of life can bring a lot of change, and I want every client to feel supported through it.
I love spending time with my three kids, ages 2, 4, and 6. I’m also drawn to creative projects and enjoy picking up new hobbies whenever I can. I am currently working toward a dual master’s degree in Health Information Management and MBA, something that reflects my own belief in lifelong learning and growth.
