Elisa Antonia
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Elisa brings a holistic mind–body–spirit approach to psychotherapy. She understands that depth healing occurs when people turn their attention inward—you need not look outside of yourself for the answers. To facilitate this type of talk therapy, Elisa provides an empathetic, nonjudgemental presence that encourages safely exploring old wounds as well as cultivating self-compassion, inner wisdom, and resilience through mindfulness. She believes that when clients explore and accept all parts of themselves, they begin to live a more satisfying, fully engaged, and authentic life.

In her spare time, Elisa enjoys spending quality time with her family, salsa dancing, and sitting in her garden listening to the birds and watching the butterflies and bees pollinate her plants.
