With compassion and insight, she partners with clients to better understand their experiences and make meaningful changes. Elaine draws from person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients reduce anxiety, strengthen relationships, and live more fulfilling lives aligned with their values. She firmly believes in every client's capacity for growth and change.
In her spare time, Elaine enjoys playing with her Bengal cat, practicing yoga, and the outdoors. Simple joys like cooking, listening to podcasts, and admiring sunsets bring Elaine calm and contentment.
